Demand Increases for Experiential Solutions Within Virtual Events
CHICAGO, IL, October 01, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ — #BetterTogether Boxes (#BTB) has partnered with two leading Associations for their upcoming virtual conferences. The College of American Pathologists (CAP) and Event Marketer Magazine have confirmed they will be integrating #BTB as part of their attendee experiences.
CAP20, scheduled for October 10 – 14, will offer a full roster of educational sessions, including a presentation from their Keynote Speaker, Dr. Anthony Fauci. As part of the meeting welcome package, at least 1000 registered attendees will receive a #BetterTogether Box, featuring surprise messaging and sponsored collateral. 300 Virtual Happy Hour Boxes will also be sent to attendees who signed up for CAP’s virtual networking event. In place of a “swag bag,” attendees traditionally receive upon check-in, #BTBs will be shipped directly to each attendee for them to enjoy while experiencing the conference safely from their home or office.
Event Marketer’s Experiential Marketing Summit (EMS) will welcome Meeting Planners, Tradeshow Organizers, Experiential Designers, and several other event industry leaders to their virtual conference from October 19 – 23. As an in-kind sponsorship, a variety of #BetterTogether Boxes will be sent to 100 sponsors and attendees to enjoy during the meeting.
As large-scale annual events continue to shift to virtual platforms, the demand for tactile attendee experiences is greater than ever, as evident by the increasing number of #BTB orders over the last few months. Since COVID-19, #BTB has collaborated with more than 30 clients to create tailored dropbox programs for a variety of virtual events; including Client Engagement, Corporate Meetings, Employee Appreciation, Team Experiences, Tradeshow Sponsorships, and Employee-Ownership Month.
