Bridgmon to Host the ICMA’s First of Four National Stops with Judge & Headlining Concert Talent Todd Tilghman, Winner of The Voice 18th Season
OWENSBORO, KY, June 12, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Steve Bridgmon, a Nashville based Christian Country Artist, with 6 number one songs and 12 top five radio singles, will return to his hometown, Owensboro, KY, to host the upcoming ICMA Nashville Showcase Talent Search, June 16, 2023. The competition will take place from 5PM-7:30pm, in Owensboro, during the free community Friday After 5 music event. The competition will take place the Atmos Amphitheater on the McConnell Plaza.
“I am honored to be able to Emcee for the ICMA’s this season,” states Bridgmon. “I encourage everyone, families and friends to come out and enjoy this opportunity and encourage the contestants to bring their best to the stage!” The finalists will have the opportunity to sing on the Grand Ole Opry House Stage in Nashville, TN.
Bridgmon is originally from Owensboro, Ky and began singing in high school. then transitioned to Christian and gospel music before finding a home in the country genre. Steve was the 2017 ICMA New Artist of the Year and a 2 time Independent music Josie Award winner. His career has offered him the opportunity to sing the National Anthem on the world stages of The Los Angeles Lakers at The Staples Center, as well as the Nashville Predator’s Bridgestone Arena. Recently, with his new top 5 single “Between Sundays” he has earned a nomination with the Hollywood Independent Music Awards, which will air Aug 17th, 2023 in Hollywood.
After the competition is complete Steve will take the stage to sing several of his top hits, opening for headlining concert artist Todd Tilghman, winner of The Voice season 18.
