New Home Builder Unveils Three Neighborhoods and New Home Gallery

More than 200 eager house hunters packed the one-day event, hoping to be among the first to view the designer curated model homes in the newly unveiled Castello, Zutano and Meyer neighborhoods.

The grand opening event gave interested buyers the opportunity to tour model homes in the Castello, Zutano and Meyer neighborhoods.
Castello is one of Citro’s four single-family neighborhoods. Starting in the low $600,000s, Castello offers three luxurious two-story floorplans between roughly 1,691 and 2,209 square feet and up to five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-bay garage.
Zutano’s paired homes were designed for those who prioritize open living and a low maintenance lifestyle. Zutano’s duet-style homes are available in three floorplans that include up to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-bay garage. Zutano residences range from approximately 1,461 to 1,668 square feet and are priced from the $500,000s.
Meyer is a collection of sophisticated condominiums available in four innovative designs. Homes start in the $400,000s and range from about 1,083 to 1,480 square feet. Meyer features up to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
